lol i think its funny that in this game…pipes…and windows and doors shatter and flood hole sections of the city. and luckily ur a big daady so u can take the pressure and can breathe under water. and jack is lucky as HELLL!! that that didnt happen once to him in bioshock 1 XD still looks like an awesome game.

Realistically a drill would only be of good use against a splicer if he/she would be on the ground or against a wall so you could apply pressure. Seeing as these people are genetically manipulated to be stronger, a simple puncture wound wouldn’t do. A shotgun attacks a much larger area then the drill. And of course, the range of a shotgun might not be long, but longer then the drill. ;3

And besides, a game like this with just melee weapons like drills would be pretty boring.
